Job summary

ReeVR Talent is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality systems across a highly regulated manufacturing site in the London area. The role emphasizes coaching, team leadership, and driving a strong quality culture to ensure regulatory readiness and continuous improvement.

You will oversee QA, audits, validation teams, and KPI monitoring, while implementing regulatory updates and managing CAPAs to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulations.
Line management experience.
Experience hosting and managing inspections/audits.
Experience in a highly regulated industry.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
Hands-on coaching to build proactive quality culture.

Responsibilities

Lead and improve Quality Management Systems.
Maintain inspection readiness and lead regulatory inspections and audits.
Manage internal inspections, audit schedules, findings and corrective actions.
Oversee QA, Auditors and Validation teams.
Lead quality forums and monitor KPIs.
Implement regulatory updates to maintain compliance.
Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, change controls and deviations.
Develop and coach the QA team, setting priorities and achieving training and performance objectives.
Collaborate with departments across the business to improve processes and embed a strong quality mindset.
