Job summary

RBW Consulting partners with a specialist pharmaceutical manufacturer to appoint a QA Manager for a Surrey site. You will own site-wide quality systems, act as the local quality lead, and coach a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong GMP QA experience, aseptic manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders across operations and leadership to raise quality standards.

Qualifications

• GMP-regulated pharmaceutical QA experience.
• Aseptic or sterile manufacturing experience required.
• Leadership or management experience with hands-on coaching.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and QMS oversight.
• Experience conducting and managing internal audits.
• Able to engage with stakeholders across operations and leadership.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced site.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-wide quality activities and quality systems.
• Lead a small QA team with a hands-on coaching style.
• Provide oversight of internal audits and CAPA processes.
• Partner with operations and site leadership to drive quality.
• Influence quality performance across the facility.
