Job summary

EVEREC in London seeks an experienced Quality Team Lead to own quality management across the product lifecycle, from design through full-scale manufacturing. You will lead a growing quality function, implement robust QMS and drive continuous improvement to ensure products meet stringent specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Management within manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong track record implementing and maintaining QMS.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and manage Quality Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection, implementation and ongoing management of QMS.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, inspection processes and testing standards.
• Embed quality requirements into NPI and product development.
• Review and optimise existing quality procedures for efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee inspections of components and assemblies to spec.
• Manage NCRs, root cause investigations and CAPA processes.
• Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers.
