Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to own the quality function in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, and to foster a strong quality culture.

You will lead and develop the quality team, work closely with manufacturing and engineering to resolve issues, and implement improvements that reduce defects and enhance performance.

We're looking for more than just a Quality Manager. We're looking for a strong leader who can make things happen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Quality Manager to take ownership of the quality function within a busy manufacturing environment.

We need someone who leads from the front, tackles challenges head-on and inspires those around them. Someone who can make tough decisions, drive improvements and maintain high standards, while creating a positive, supportive and motivated team.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, coaching and developing the quality team.
• Taking ownership of the QMS, ensuring ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Driving quality improvements, reducing defects and improving performance.
• Leading audits, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Working closely with manufacturing and engineering to solve problems and improve processes.
• Building a strong, proactive and accountable quality culture.
