Energy Jobline CVL in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to own the quality function in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, and to foster a strong quality culture.

You will lead and develop the quality team, work closely with manufacturing and engineering to resolve issues, and implement improvements that reduce defects and enhance performance.

Qualificações

• Proven ISO 13485 experience is essential.
• Strong quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience managing QMS, audits, NCRs and CAPAs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the quality team.
• Own the QMS, ensuring ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Drive quality improvements, reduce defects and boost performance.
• Lead audits, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to solve problems.
• Foster a proactive, accountable quality culture.
