Job summary

Rose 360 are recruiting on behalf of an engineering business in the Nottingham area who are looking for an experienced quality manager to join their team. This permanent position offers day shifts, 7am–4pm Monday–Thursday and 7am–12:30 Friday, with a salary of £45,000–£50,000 per annum and immediate start.

Your day-to-day will include maintaining and continually improving the ISO 9001 quality management system, ensuring all quality documentation is up to date, carrying out internal and external

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager within engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and continuously improving ISO 9001 quality management system
• Ensuring all quality documentation and procedures are kept up to date
• Carrying out internal and external audits
• Managing corrective and preventive actions from audits
• Overseeing all inspection and quality assurance activities across the business
• Monitoring products throughout the manufacturing process
• Reducing scrap and rework through continues improvement
• Acting as a primary contact for customer quality concerns
• Leading investigations into customer complaints
• Managing and developing the quality team
• Providing coaching and training to employees on quality standards
