Job summary

Rose 360 in Nottingham is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our established engineering client. The role is permanent, with a Monday to Friday daytime shift from 10:00am to 6:00pm, paid £13.00–£16.00 per hour, DOE, with overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours.

You will inspect manufactured components, read engineering drawings, perform first-off, in-process and final inspections, report issues to the production team, use measurement equipment, and help maintain high quality standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured and fabricated components.

PERMANENT POSITION

DAY SHIFTS – MONDAY TO FRIDAY

OVERTIME AVAILABLE AT 1.5X

One of our engineering clients are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their team in Nottingham.

The hours will be 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your day to day will include:

• Inspecting manufactured and fabricated components
• Working from engineering drawings
• Carrying out first off, in process and final inspections
• Liasing with the production team reporting any issues
• Using measurement equipment
• Supporting continuous improvement and helping maintain high quality standards
• Maintaining quality paperwork and documentation

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience as in quality working for a manufacturing or engineering company
• The ability to confidently read and understand engineering drawings
• Experience using inspection and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail
