About the Role

Are you a passionate and experienced Quality Manager with a proven track record in ISO implementation? This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in quality engineering, ISO implementation, and accreditation to build a new quality department. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach are essential.

The company specializes in advancing electronics technology on a global scale, working within the High-Tech and High-reliability sectors. It designs, manufactures, and supplies electronic systems, offering turnkey solutions or complete product-build architecture.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure product quality from initial inspection through production.
2. Conduct regular internal audits and apply lean methodologies to improve quality, cost, and performance.
3. Support both new and existing product lines with quality control, inspection, and process improvements.
4. Utilize tools like APQP, 8D, FMEA, and PPAP.
5. Contribute to ISO 9001 accreditation and foster continuous improvement culture.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading ISO implementation (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001).
