We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to support Clarksons Port Services and the Gibb Group. The role will be based out of Great Yarmouth or Aberdeen. The person in this role will be responsible for leading Quality practices, Quality & Safety Management System (Mango), ISO accreditation (BS 9001, 18001, and 4001), and procedures to ensure we deliver Quality excellence and compliance in line with our Vision, Mission, and 2030 strategic targets.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintain the CPS / Gibb Integrated Quality & Safety Management System.
- Provide and deliver Quality standards according to the Company’s guidelines.
- Develop standard operating procedures and training practices around Quality.
- Provide knowledge and support in Quality compliance, including communication with the Competent Authority and supporting visits.
- Engage with CPS / Gibb segments and represent them in Quality forums.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators and targets, reporting monthly to HQ.
- Review and update risk profiles and legislation, supporting the implementation of required risk control measures.
- Monitor and implement training compliance, managing training requirements.
- Complete audit strategies to ensure ISO Standard compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards.
- Support business development, tender approvals, and due diligence by providing Quality knowledge and expertise.
- Offer Quality expertise and influence for internal projects.
- Ensure incident investigations are competent, completed, audited, and supported as required.
- Develop KPIs and report on these from a Quality perspective.
- Fulfilling any additional or ad hoc duties to meet business needs.
