Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager for a permanent role in Camberley. The successful candidate will lead the quality function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products, processes and systems meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Salary up to £60,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 07:30–16:00 and Friday 07:30–13:30; role is based on-site in Camberley.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Previous experience of leading, managing and developing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality Team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and managing performance.
• Own and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including audits, certification and compliance.
• Promote a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business.
• Oversee manufacturing QA/QC, including non-conformances, root cause analysis, corrective actions, scrap, rework and concessions.
• Support New Product Introduction through testing requirements, FMEA and production quality planning.
