We do what we say!

That's why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done.

We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our Energy team working on the UK Power Networks (UKPN) contract. • Chairing workshops and supporting the Construction Management Team with quality-related matters

  • Managing the Non-Conformance process and overseeing timely close-out and implementation of lessons learned
  • Providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent quality standards are upheld across the team
  • Line managing a team of Quality Inspectors and promoting best practice across all quality activities

We would love to hear from you if…

You have previous experience in a Quality Manager role, ideally within the utilities or construction sectors, and are confident in carrying out inspections, audits, and managing the full quality lifecycle of complex projects. Your knowledge of HV systems, substation construction, and quality standards like SROH and NRSWA will be essential in this role.
