Where will you be working?

This role is within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programs to keep water infrastructure resilient and environmentally friendly.

What will you be doing?
As our Quality Manager, you'll work on our Anglian Water contract, based out of our Colchester Office, delivering the capital maintenance program for water and wastewater non-infrastructure projects.
You will play an integral role in our Water and Wastewater Infrastructure program, involving £500m investment over the next 5 years, including design and construction across the Anglian Water region.
Your responsibilities include operational support for planning, assurance, and review of Quality processes in line with ISO 9001, reporting directly to the Framework Manager. You will support project delivery to meet high-quality standards, ensure compliance with specifications, and promote a ‘right first time’ culture.
Assist delivery teams to enhance compliance, review and approve Quality Planning documentation, lead internal audits, coordinate external audits, and drive cost efficiencies through quality improvements. You will also facilitate post-project reviews, share best practices, and develop relationships with clients to support business strategy and contract extension.
You will provide input on supply chain assessments, manage defects and re-works, and analyze quality data to identify improvement areas.
