Job summary

Orion Electrotech is recruiting a Quality Manager to lead site quality activities at a Cambridgeshire-based manufacturing operation. You will maintain the site's Quality Management System and ensure compliance with food safety standards across all processes.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will lead and develop the QA team, collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement, manage internal audits, HACCP reviews, and implement effective corrective actions to safeguard product

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA in food manufacturing.
• Experience managing or supervising teams.
• Internal auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with BRCGS and customer requirements.

About the Opportunity – Quality Manager

Our client is a successful manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to lead site quality activities and drive a strong food safety and quality culture across the operation.

The Role – Quality Manager

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the site's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety, quality and regulatory standards.

You will lead and develop the QA team, working closely with operational departments to drive best practice and continuous improvement throughout the business.
