Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties under construction to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Perform pre-occupation and re-inspections, providing detailed reports to exceed NHBC standards.
  • Monitor and advise on the implementation of the company’s waste policy.
  • Provide support and guidance to site management teams, ensuring efficient and professional site operations.
  • Review and suggest improvements to design quality throughout the build process.
  • Attend various meetings to coordinate and address quality issues, providing valuable input and solutions.
  • Produce and deliver presentations on quality issues to Site Managers and senior management.
  • Oversee and resolve complex customer defect issues, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • In-depth knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and providing feedback on technical drawings.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage workloads remotely.
  • Keen eye for detail, particularly in the quality of finished properties.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
