KFF are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent, Quality Manager to join the team based on site at our Aylesford depot, reporting to the Head of Distribution Quality Control.
As the Quality Manager you will oversee KFF wholesale distribution depot at Aylesford and a small manufacturing facility (4 people). It is your responsibility to ensure their compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene and legal requirements through implementation, monitoring and audits of a Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
About you:
To be successful in this role you must hold a full clean Drivers Licence, ideally have a Food Science Technology degree (or equivalent) although not essential and be HACCP and Internal Auditor/ Lead Auditor qualified. This is a great role for a Junior Quality Manager or Quality Manager looking to take the next step in their career within food produce. You must have demonstratable manufacturing experience and knowledge of all relevant food safety legislation, QMS, BRC standards and auditing. It is key to have excellent communication skills as you will be customer focused and be well organised and use effective project management skills. You will show tenacity and a desire to follow things through to completion, with strong planning and organisational skills, and a high attention to detail.
