Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming goods and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and approved standards
  • Lead quality improvement projects and collaborate on strategic quality initiatives
  • Support manufacturing processes by maintaining accurate data within MRP systems and updating SOPs
  • Manage supplier quality, non-conformances, and corrective actions
  • Analyse quality data and report on key metrics to drive operational excellence
  • Supervise and develop quality team members, ensuring compliance and training
  • Maintain calibration and proper use of inspection equipment

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in quality control or assurance, ideally within electronic assembly or manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage documentation effectively
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Leadership potential with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Recognised Quality Assurance qualification or equivalent

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary reflecting your experience
  • Clear career progression towards a senior quality management role
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
  • Supportive, collaborative working environment
  • Chance to make a significant impact on product quality and operational efficiency
