Hours:

7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday. 7:30am-1:30pm Friday.

Location:

Commutable from Camberley, Yateley, Reading, Basingstoke, Woking, Aldershot, Guildford and surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Inspector/CMM Programmer to join a growing Aerospace Manufacturing organisation near Camberley. You will benefit from working in a small, knowledgeable team supporting a fast-paced environment.

The CMM Programmer will help grow, develop, and lead the team, sharing knowledge with junior members and elevating their skillsets. This role offers a platform for meaningful impact and potential progression into supervisory or management positions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and create high-standard CMM programs.
2. Conduct and complete FAIRs.
3. Manual inspection of less complex parts.
4. Support production with all inspection activities, utilizing manual and CMM inspection techniques.

Requirements:

1. Experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in Aerospace.
2. CMM Programming experience using PC-DMIS.
3. Good attention to detail.
4. Experience with FAIRs is desirable.
5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
6. Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented.
