Job summary

Atlassian Williams F1 Team in the United Kingdom seeks a Quality Inspection Manager to lead a team of 4 Team‑leaders and ~21 staff within Quality Control. You will report to the Head of Manufacturing and drive operational excellence, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement across the department.

You will partner with Engineering, Design and CI to improve processes, qualification of equipment and budgeting while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading QA/operations teams with lean and CI focus.
• Proven ability to develop staff and manage performance.
• Experience aligning QA with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of team leaders, technicians and apprentices to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set strategic QA goals.
• Oversee calibration, quality control processes and SOP adherence.
• Manage budgeting and cost control in QA activities.
• Drive lean initiatives with CI team to improve efficiency.
