Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience leading teams in a Quality Inspection or operations environment with LEAN and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Team Leaders and technicians to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic QA goals aligned with long-term objectives.
• Drive calibration processes, SOPs, and adherence to quality standards; manage supplier quality relationships.
• Oversee talent management including recruitment, training, engagement, performance management and succession planning.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost management for the QA department in collaboration with Finance.
