Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change.
• Understanding of manufacturing and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support improvement projects to enhance standard operating procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead investigations across operational areas.
• Champion quality awareness and right-first-time culture across departments.
• Support onboarding and training programmes to promote problem-solving and quality conversations.
• Demonstrate and promote performance excellence behaviours across the business.
• Deliver strategic quality projects embedding quality practices across the organisation.
• Participate in Lean health checks and time & motion studies.
• Collaborate with CI and QE teams to standardise learning from root cause analysis.
• Support data-driven decision-making and robust data capture for improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to designing and delivering training for continuous improvement methodologies.
