The Estates & Facilities team ensures a physical environment that supports a world-class university, encompassing academic, research, clinical, enterprise, workspace, residential, social, sports, and community facilities. Our Estates Masterplan aims to invest £1bn over the next decade to develop a sustainable and inclusive estate.
Reporting to the Director of PMO and Business Support Services, this role ensures the integration of an ISO 9001 accredited system with other management standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 55001 (under development). The role involves identifying and implementing efficiencies, overseeing data management, storage, retrieval, archiving, and coordinating with IT to maintain data standards and controls.
You possess excellent communication skills, an inclusive approach, and a passion for effective information management. You have experience working in Estates and Facilities environments, including project management. Proficiency in setting up, developing, and migrating to modern document libraries, especially using SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365, is essential. You have a proven track record of leading information and quality management across diverse disciplines.
