Job summary

Sizewell C Company offers a 12-month Quality Industrial Placement Programme at our Suffolk offices. You will gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and control within one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, guided by a mentor and the Quality team.

Ideal candidates are studying Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills and a passion for sustainability.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Genuine interest in quality and continuous improvement.
• Interest in major nuclear and infrastructure programmes.
• Passion for sustainability.
• Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ethics.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on learning in QA/QC processes and how quality assurance is applied on a major infrastructure project.
• Engage in auditing and compliance activities and documentation management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Help foster a proactive quality culture across the project.
