Job summary

E3 Recruitment are seeking an experienced Quality Manager in Melton Mowbray to uphold Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards across a growing manufacturing business. The role is hands-on and focused on driving ISO 9001 compliance within a small but expanding team.

You will lead quality systems, audits and continuous improvement, investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications

NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent) required.
Manufacturing experience is essential.
Strong IT literacy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills and data analysis ability.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and improving Quality systems, procedures and documentation.
Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards and certification requirements.
Identifying workplace hazards and implementing measures to improve employee safety.
Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Managing internal and external quality issues and implementing effective countermeasures.
Promoting a strong quality culture through Quality Assurance and continuous improvement tools.
Monitoring HSE performance and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
