Job summary

E3recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Manager in Melton Mowbray to oversee Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards for a growing manufacturing business. This hands-on role drives continuous improvement within a small team while maintaining ISO 9001 compliance and meeting regulatory requirements.

The candidate should bring NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent, strong manufacturing experience, and robust data analysis skills to identify trends and implement

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety required.
• Manufacturing experience essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• IT literate with intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving Quality systems, procedures and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards and certification requirements.
• Identifying workplace hazards and improving employee safety.
• Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing internal and external quality issues and implementing effective countermeasures.
• Promoting a strong quality culture through QA and continuous improvement tools.
• Monitoring HSE performance and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring findings are addressed effectively.
