Job summary

Together in the UK is transforming its tech by building a new end-to-end platform. As Test Manager you will lead QA across Agile teams, define test strategy, governance and delivery standards, acting as primary contact for test assurance with Product and Engineering.

You will oversee test planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement, manage incidents, RCA, and ensure NFRs, metrics, and automation are integrated into central framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading test strategy, governance and delivery in Agile environments.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing qualification desirable.
• Ability to manage testing across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the test strategy and quality governance across the team.
• Act as the primary contact for test assurance within the release train.
• Coordinate with feature teams on test planning, execution and defect management.
• Ensure risk-based testing approaches and standards alignment.
• Monitor progress, triage defects and communicate risks.
• Track quality metrics and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Lead UAT planning and coordination across releases.
• Ensure automation is integrated into central framework for reuse.
