Asda seeks a Quality Engineering Environments Manager to lead test environments for major transformation programmes, including SAP S/4HANA upgrades. The role requires on-site presence in Leeds, with hybrid working options.

You will define the environment strategy, governance, and roadmaps while coordinating multiple teams and vendors to enable successful delivery. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in test environments, governance, and large-scale delivery, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and implementing test environment strategies within large-scale programmes.
• Strong understanding of test environment management within complex technology landscapes.
• Experience coordinating environments, systems, suppliers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the test environment strategy across major transformation programmes.
• Establish and maintain governance, planning and coordination for test environments.
• Shape and support development of an environment landscape capable of supporting multiple programmes.
• Coordinate environment requirements and readiness activities across teams and suppliers.
• Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to align environment priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in test environment management practices.
