Job summary

Sanderson is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead a transformation of the current testing capability into a modern Quality Engineering function. You will own the QA strategy, introduce new frameworks and standards, and drive automation-led quality across technology delivery.

The role focuses on shift-left testing, embedding quality across the software delivery lifecycle, and governing outsourced testing partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA or Quality Engineering functions and implementing QA strategies.
• Proven track record in governance standards across complex tech environments.
• Experience driving QA transformation towards automation and shift-left testing.
• Knowledge of modern testing methodologies and testing frameworks.
• Experience managing outsourced testing partners and multi-project governance.
• Strong governance and senior stakeholder influence for quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and transformation into a modern Quality Engineering function.
• Drive automation-led quality across technology delivery.
• Embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle (Agile/DevOps/CI/CD).
