Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager to lead testing across large SAP transformation programmes from London or other UK locations, in a hybrid role with permanent employment.

You will own end-to-end testing strategy, govern testing practices, and collaborate with clients to shape testing propositions, supporting tenders and pre-sales. You will oversee multi-stream testing delivery and client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing across large SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong SAP testing expertise in complex enterprise environments.
• Consulting experience within a consultancy, systems integrator or SAP practice.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end testing strategies for SAP transformation programmes.
• Lead testing delivery through planning, execution and closure.
• Establish testing governance, methodologies, quality standards and reporting.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and advise on testing approaches and risks.
• Drive test automation and explore AI-enabled testing solutions.
