Anonymous is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer for a manufacturing role in a highly regulated environment. The candidate will drive root-cause investigations, support CAPA and 8D processes, and work closely with Production, Engineering and Operations to uphold strict quality standards.

The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency with GD&T, and hands-on experience with measurement equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing, with a mechanical bias.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of critical thinking.
• Practical experience using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, CAPA and 5 Why.
• Experience with root cause investigations and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
• Knowledge of quality management systems; ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 is advantageous.
• Experience with coordinate measuring equipment (Aberlink CMMs or similar) would be beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear quality documentation.
• Proactive, continuous improvement mindset to prevent recurring quality issues.

Aufgaben

• Managing and supporting non-conformance investigations using inspection reports, test results, customer complaints and assembly records.
• Analyzing quality data to identify trends, recurring issues and potential systemic problems.
• Collaborating with Production, Engineering and Operations to investigate and resolve product quality issues.
• Conducting root cause analysis and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
• Carrying out inspections and testing of mechanical components and finished products to ensure specifications.
• Performing calibration and verification of measuring equipment to maintain accuracy.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-conformances and strengthen quality.
• Producing clear quality documentation, investigation reports and recommendations.
