Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Quality Engineer to own root cause problem solving and drive quality improvements in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

You will lead supplier quality activities, support corrective actions, audits, and NPI projects while ensuring quality conformance throughout the project lifecycle. The role demands hands‑on testing, data analysis, and a dedication to lowering the cost of poor quality.

Qualifications

• A Degree, HNC, or NVQ in a Quality, Engineering, or technical subject (or equivalent industry experience)
• Competent use of Root Cause Analysis techniques
• Knowledge of NPI processes
• Competency in supplier quality practices and processes
• 6 months or more in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Computer and Microsoft software literacy

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier quality improvement activities and support corrective action reviews
• Provide hands-on Quality Engineer support across the manufacturing facility
• Resolve non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques
• Conduct and support internal, supplier, and process audits
• Participate in NPI projects, ensuring quality conformance throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce the cost of poor quality
