Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Quality Engineer to support Sizewell C project quality requirements across the full life-cycle, including contract award, design, procurement, manufacture, testing, shipping, construction/installation, commissioning and close-out. The QE will ensure supply-chain adherence to QA/QC requirements within the PDO Quality Team, reporting to the Quality Management Lead.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery, preferably in the nuclear power sector.
• Solid understanding of QA/QC across major projects in engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning.
• Confident with IT systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of QA/QC arrangements across SZC organisations.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of PQCPs for each contract/project.
• Produce and maintain quality-related documentation (procedures, specifications) as required.
• Support the implementation of the Quality Execution Plan and monitor performance.
• Develop and review supplier quality requirements within ITT documentation.
• Assist in ensuring QM processes are applied across the supply chain.
• Analyse data, prepare reports and make recommendations.
