Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Quality and Performance Manager to lead quality assurance for Sizewell C infrastructure works in Suffolk. You will own quality strategies, oversee inspectors, and guarantee full compliance with project specifications for seamless handover to the nuclear client.

The role requires robust experience in heavy civils, earthworks, and nuclear environments, with strong communication and reporting skills and familiarity with digital quality tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in Construction/Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• CSCS card is required.
• Experience managing quality activities in heavy civils or major building projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead project quality and handover strategies; oversee Quality Inspectors and Handover/Completion Engineers.
• Oversee site quality inspections and ITP/MAF and product traceability processes.
• Review and approve core quality deliverables including LTQR, ECSR, and RAMS.
• Drive NCR resolution and manage quality audits across subcontractors and suppliers.
• Interface with Project Managers, Sub-Agents, and Client Surveillance teams; deliver quality briefings and training.
