Job summary

Accrofab Ltd is hiring a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department in Alcester, England. The role focuses on supporting EHS, quality, and delivery objectives while driving process improvements on the factory floor.

You will develop inspection methodologies, manage NPDI milestones, and contribute to problem-solving activities to reduce defects and optimize manufacturing throughput.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency and ERP systems experience.
• Knowledge of quality-related software and data systems.
• Ability to use quality tools and documentation.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing Manager with EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery goals.
• Walk the floor with QE to monitor operations and resolve issues.
• Lead problem-solving to improve flow and reduce concessions.
• Create and control quality documentation (control/inspection plans, SPC).
• Deliver NPDI milestones within time and budget constraints.
• Participate in audits and implement corrective actions.
