The candidate will support EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives, participate in floor walks and daily operations meetings, and drive PFMEA and process improvements across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Two year minimum experience in Laser programming.
• Experience in Automotive / Aerospace, Defence, Power Gen, Medical, Nuclear, Food and Drink sectors.
• Strong engineering competence in sheet metal and fabrications.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Manager with objectives on EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
• Walk the floor with the team and develop a stand-alone walk the floor routine.
• Attend Daily Operations and Standard Diary meetings and take ownership of ME issues.
• Contribute to EHS Model and PFMEA activities.
• Understand process constraints and improve flow across the ME value stream.
• Create and control manufacturing documentation (setup packs, drawings, SOPs).
• Ensure tooling is designed and available for milestones.
• Project manage solutions with suppliers and customers; audit follow-ups.
