Accrofab Ltd in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer on the Day Shift to support two sites. The role focuses on optimising fabrication and machining processes, NPDI, and tooling development to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations, generate quotations, maintain SOPs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across functions.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimise manufacturing processes for fabricated and machined components with focus on quality, efficiency and cost.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations on manufacturability and cost reduction initiatives.
• Generate quotations for fabricated and machined components using customer data and specifications.
• Maintain SOPs and create/update Works Orders, BOMs, routings and risk mitigation.
• Support NPDI throughput, prioritisation and project load across two locations.
• Provide technical support to production staff and lead continuous improvement across manufacturing areas.
