Qualifications

• Experience with NCRs, 8D, 5 Whys or similar problem-solving techniques in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, power generation, oil & gas or other engineering-led industries would be advantageous.
• We’re open to candidates at different levels, from Engineer to Technician or Coordinator, with the right foundations and ambition.

Responsibilities

• Manage and investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Support root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys and corrective actions.
• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and prevent repeat problems.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain quality documentation.
