Job summary

AndRecruit Group Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer for a permanent, full-time role in the Middlesex area, specifically Hounslow. The role focuses on improving quality of operational processes, driving standardisation and waste elimination, and supporting CI initiatives across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant experience, 2+ years in manufacturing, and a strong Lean Manufacturing background with a right-first-time approach and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Right-first-time mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated with focus on process excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive standardisation, waste elimination and continuous improvement.
• Support 8D activities on quality concerns.
• Work on NPI products and supplier quality development.
• Develop and maintain QA throughout product development cycle.
• Create control plans and QA for outsourced processes.
• Collate material compliance data and write reports.
• Resolve customer issues promptly; champion problem solving with RCA tools.
• Monitor supplier performance and process capability; improve OTD.
