Responsibilities

• Drive standardisation of processes, reduce waste and lead continuous improvement.
• Support 8D investigations and supplier/ internal quality concerns.
• Contribute to NPI products and supplier quality development; implement new processes.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance throughout product development for NPI.
• Manage control plans and QA for outsourced manufacturing processes.
• Collate material compliance data and prepare reports as needed.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Champion problem solving using RCA tools (8D, 5WHY, Ishikawa, FMEA).
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Monitor supplier performance and define process parameters to ensure capability.
• Track output, quality and scrap rates to improve OTD.
• Maintain records of products and approved suppliers.
• Identify and lead improvement projects as part of CI team.

• Working on NPI products and supplier quality development, implementing new processes

• Responsible for control plans and QA associated to manufacturing processes which are outsourced
• Collating material compliance data, report writing where necessary
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Champion problem solving with use of RCA tools such as 8D, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA, FMEA’s
• Handle internal & external audits
