Job summary

BMR Solutions, based in Bristol, are seeking a Quality Engineer to join a leading engineering organisation on a hybrid basis. You will help drive continual improvement of the Quality Management System to meet global requirements and customer expectations, reporting to the Quality Manager.

You will conduct internal audits, develop QA protocols, perform risk assessments and lead cross-functional quality projects to ensure robust compliance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and improving quality management systems.
• Ability to plan and conduct internal audits and inspections.
• Strong focus on aligning with international standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the effective implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Document Management System in line with global requirements and customer needs.
• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses.
• Lead cross-functional quality and business continuity projects.
• Maintain and manage the internal quality audit programme.
• Conduct business management system audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to uphold quality standards.
