Job summary

The Redline Group Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a Quality Engineer to join an established engineering and manufacturing business. This hands-on role focuses on product and process quality, supplier quality, root cause analysis and continuous improvement to resolve issues and improve processes.

You will work closely with manufacturing, suppliers and engineering teams, conducting internal, supplier and process audits, supporting ISO 9001 compliance and leading corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC, NVQ or equivalent in Quality, Engineering or related subject.
• Experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, NPI and Supplier Quality.
• At least 6 months' relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office/computer skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel when required.

• Drive Supplier Quality Improvement activities.
• Investigate and resolve non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis.
• Support manufacturing with product and process quality issues.
