Job summary

Octavius Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the EKFB (HS2) team on a major UK infrastructure programme. You will drive quality management from construction through handover, ensuring HS2 requirements, project specifications and contractual obligations are met.

You’ll own ITPs and ITRs, lead NCR resolution, manage QA records, and coordinate with engineers, site teams and supply chain to deliver Right First Time, zero defects, and compliant handover.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Engineer in civil engineering, rail, highways or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, ITPs/ITRs, technical assurance and NCR management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain ITPs and ITRs.
• Lead and manage NCR process and close-out.
• Use IT systems to manage QA documentation and records.
• Coordinate QA processes across the project lifecycle.
• Support quality assurance compliance activities and handover documentation.
