Job summary

Ferrovial seeks a Quality and Information Lead to join the HS2 Track team in London or Birmingham, guiding quality and information management across design, fabrication, construction and commissioning.

You will oversee project management systems, EDMS, and BIM integrations, drive audits to ISO standards, and report using Power BI while collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure standards and safety are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quality management, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading quality and information management on major infrastructure projects is required.
• Familiarity with BIM, EDMS, and reporting tools like Power BI is desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO19650, ISO44001, ISO27001 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Management Systems and keep procedures aligned with project scope, time, and cost.
• Lead quality assurance processes to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee information management using EDMS and BIM integrations across the project.
• Develop and deliver training on information management systems.
• Lead internal and external audits to maintain certifications.
• Develop reporting and analytics to provide cross-discipline insights.
• Collaborate with JV, client, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance.
