Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a Quality Engineer/STA Engineer to support quality issues and drive continuous improvement at our Daventry facility.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, perform root cause analyses using 8D, and audit our Business Management System to TS16949/ISO9001 and related standards. A strong quality background and practical APQP/PPAP/FMEA experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in Quality Assurance.
• APQP, PPAP & FEMA practical experience.
• TS16949 & ISO9000 knowledge.
• Understanding of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO45001.

Responsibilities

• Working with internal & external stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Defect root cause analysis - using Global 8D process.
• Work to and audit the BMS (Business Management System) including TS16949/ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 or ISO45001.
• Assist with product & process audits.

Our client is an independent company who have carved themselves a niche supplying/designing powertrain components (exhausts, and other specialist Automotive components) to OE Automotive customers. The ROLE

Due to continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to become an integral part of our Client's team. The Quality/Supplier Technical Assistance Engineer (STA Engineer) will be responsible for supporting the management on all quality related issues. The minutia of the role includes;

• Working with internal & external stakeholders to resolve quality issues
• Defect root cause analysis - using Global 8D process
• Work to and audit the BMS (Business Management System) including TS16949/ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 or ISO45001
• Assist with product & process audits

The CANDIDATE

The right Quality Engineer/STA Engineer candidate will possess;

• Experience of working in Quality Assurance
• Good academic background
• APQP, PPAP & FEMA practical experience
• TS16949 & ISO9000 knowledge
• Understanding of ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO45001
