Job summary

NMB Minebea (Lincoln) is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to independently own QMS-related projects, support AS9100 audits, and drive operational excellence during a major growth phase in aerospace manufacturing.

You will interface with key customers and suppliers, contribute to internal and external audits, and champion continuous improvement, right-first-time quality, and regulatory compliance across production.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in manufacturing quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards; AS9100 experience is a plus.
• AS9100 experience preferable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting improvements to the Quality Management System in line with AS9100 / AS9001 standards
• Acting as an interface for both aerospace customers and suppliers
• Supporting internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
