Job summary

NMB Minebea Lincoln is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to independently own QMS projects, support AS9100 audits and drive operational excellence across a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturing site in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

You will engage with aerospace customers and suppliers, promote right-first-time quality, and help sustain ISO 9001 compliance as contracts with Airbus and Safran expand.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in manufacturing quality assurance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001; AS9100 experience preferable.
• Ability to support internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Supporting improvements to the Quality Management System in line with AS9100 / AS9001 standards
• Acting as an interface for both key aerospace customers and suppliers
• Supporting internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, right-first-time, and operational excellence
