Job summary

Hunter Selection are recruiting a Senior Quality Engineer in Bristol for an on-site role with occasional site visits. Salary £45,000-£50,000.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the quality function in a fast-paced aerospace environment, maintain and improve the QMS, and drive corrective actions while reporting to the managing director.

Ideal candidates will have quality engineering experience in manufacturing and knowledge of AS9100, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS.
• Lead and develop the Quality team.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance.
• Reporting directly to the managing director.
