WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week at our Manchester hub.

This role sits within our Smarter Journeys Lab, a co-located team within the Colleague Channels Platform and within the Pega team. We work together on key initiatives to deliver value at pace by designing services colleagues and customers find useful, intuitive, and engaging to use.

As a Quality Engineer, you'll be making a real difference, as you'll blend both deep domain and technical expertise within a feature team. Your key responsibilities will include:
We're looking for someone who can find answers to questions and resolve problems, energised by learning new technologies and staying in step with industry changes. You'll be passionate about delivering high quality products and services, keeping a focus on our customers. You'll build strong business relationships and communicate in a clear, concise manner. You'll have excellent analytical skills and able to work methodically with a high level of attention to detail.
