Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in precision/highly regulated manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in root cause investigations.
  • Desirable: Machining/Fabrication experience.

Job Description:

  • Ensure product quality compliance with internal specifications, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations
  • Apply root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to address product non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inspection and testing protocols for in-process and final product verification using precision measurement tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and regulatory teams to support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering change processes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Must have experience within a precision/highly regulated manufacturing business
  • Proven experience root cause investigations for product quality
  • Machining/Fabrication experience (Desirable)
