Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to join the Digital & Technology practice. The role focuses on delivering complex transformation programmes with embedded quality, risk management, and assurance across the lifecycle.

You will work with client stakeholders, lead workshops, and partner with external QE teams to drive quality-centric delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a client-facing mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to shape

Qualifications

• Able to operate as a client facing consultant: structured thinking, problem solving, clarity in communication, and strong presence in front of clients.
• Experience crafting deliverables, shaping recommendations, and contributing to proposals or commercial discussions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading workshops, and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of test strategy, governance, planning, and quality processes across the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across complex transformation programmes, defining delivery approaches, governance, and operating models that embed quality, risk management, and assurance into delivery from day one.
• Embed quality governance and controls, driving risk-based approaches to testing and assurance.
• Ensure quality is integrated across the delivery lifecycle and challenge delivery teams on approach and coverage.
• Support shaping new client opportunities and demonstrate leadership within the Testing specialism.
