Job summary

QBE Europe is seeking a Delivery Governance Manager to lead governance, assurance, financial oversight and performance management across the Technology Services change portfolio in London. You will collaborate with Technology Directors, Heads of Change Delivery, Finance, Risk, Procurement and strategic suppliers to ensure governance and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in portfolio governance, PMO, programme delivery governance or technology delivery oversight.
• Experience operating within complex technology and change portfolios.
• Experience producing executive-level portfolio, financial and risk reporting.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and oversight across the Technology Services portfolio, including small change, application remediation initiatives and supplier-led delivery.
• Ensure all Technology Services initiatives comply with the Delivery Management Framework, SDLC controls and Technology Minimum Control Standards.
• Support governance forums, investment boards, steering committees and executive review meetings with reporting and decision support.
• Drive governance and delivery practices across Technology Services.
• Maintain oversight of Technology Services change investment and budget performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide governance leadership and insight.
• Lead governance of strategic delivery partners and monitor supplier performance and contracts.
• Own the governance of Jira and Confluence platforms and reporting standards.
